1. Who these terms are with

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Emanuele Pavanello, Via Giuseppe Garibaldi 8, 10040 San Gillio (TO), Italy, operating the DevPost service. By creating an account or using DevPost, you agree to these terms. If you use DevPost for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

2. What DevPost provides

DevPost is a social publishing control room. It lets you connect social accounts, create or import content, attach media, schedule or publish posts, review history and metrics, and authorise MCP clients or agents to use the same workflows.

DevPost is currently an invite-only beta. Features may evolve as social platforms and their APIs change.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.
• Registration information must be accurate and kept current.
• You are responsible for protecting your password, sessions and authorised MCP clients.
• Tell us promptly at legal@emadev.co if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Connected platforms

You choose which third-party accounts to connect and which permissions to grant. Your use of X, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok and any other connected service remains subject to that platform's own terms, policies and technical limits. DevPost does not control platform availability, moderation, API changes or account restrictions.

You can revoke a connection from DevPost or directly through the relevant platform.

5. Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of your posts, media, prompts and other material. You give DevPost only the limited permission needed to store, process, adapt for technical delivery, and send that material to the destinations you select. This permission ends when the material is deleted or no longer needed to provide the service, subject to backups, legal retention and copies already published on third-party platforms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful, accurate where required, and does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights.

6. Agents and MCP access

An authorised agent can act with the permissions you grant it. You are responsible for choosing, configuring and supervising MCP clients and agents connected to your account. Review scopes, drafts, destinations and scheduled times before granting publish access. Agent-generated output is a proposal until you choose to use or publish it; you remain responsible for the final action.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use DevPost to:

• break the law, platform rules, sanctions or third-party rights;
• send spam, deceptive engagement, harassment, malware or abusive automation;
• access accounts or data without permission;
• circumvent security, rate limits or technical safeguards;
• probe, overload, resell or reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly permits it.

8. Beta availability and changes

We work to keep DevPost reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, pause or remove beta features for security, legal, technical or product reasons. When a change materially affects your use, we will give reasonable notice where practical.

9. Fees

DevPost is currently offered as a private beta without a standard paid plan. If paid plans are introduced, price, taxes, renewal, cancellation and any applicable consumer withdrawal information will be shown before you buy. You will not be charged without your express agreement.

10. DevPost property

The service, interface, code, branding and documentation belong to the operator or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use DevPost while your account is active. Feedback may be used to improve the product without restricting your ability to use the same ideas elsewhere.

11. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using DevPost, disconnect platforms, or request account deletion by emailing legal@emadev.co. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach, security risk, unlawful use or legal obligation. We will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue when circumstances allow.

12. Warranties and liability

DevPost is provided with reasonable care and skill, but beta functionality and third-party platform integrations may fail or change. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, lost opportunities, platform enforcement, or failures caused by services we do not control.

For users acting for business or professional purposes, total liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of EUR 100 or the amount paid for DevPost in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. Before starting formal proceedings, contact legal@emadev.co so we can try to resolve the issue directly. For business and professional users, the Court of Turin has exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the mandatory court of your place of residence or domicile and all other protections under applicable consumer law continue to apply.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal or security changes. Material updates will be communicated in the service or by email before they take effect where required. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
